What does “bring your own AI key” cost me?: You connect an Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini key and pay them directly — typically $5–25/mo at daily-agent usage. We never mark up tokens, so your AI bill is exactly what the provider charges. Don’t want to manage a key? On Business we’ll set one up for you on request; on Scale it’s included. AI-included plans are coming — founding customers get AI included at their founding price, no change.
How do I pay if I installed from the Shopify App Store?: Through Shopify. App Store installs are billed entirely via Shopify's own billing — you pick a plan on the Shopify-hosted plan page, the charge appears on your normal Shopify invoice, and upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation are all self-serve in your Shopify admin (never via our support). Same plans, same prices, 14-day free trial included. WooCommerce and Shopware merchants — and anyone who signs up here directly — subscribe by card through our checkout instead.
What happens when my trial ends?: The 14-day trial runs the full Business plan — no credit card required; connect your own AI key (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini) and you're running in minutes. When it ends, your account soft-lands on Free: your connections, agents, and the full results ledger stay visible; scheduled runs and triggers pause until you pick a plan.
Will these prices change?: Founding prices are locked forever for everyone who subscribes while they last. When list prices apply, existing customers keep what they signed up at — that has been true for every customer since day one.
Can agents spend money without me?: No. Every action that touches money, customers, or your store pauses for your sign-off — with the agent’s reasoning and the exact request on one card, on web and mobile. Mass email can never be sent by an agent autonomously, even on agents you’ve set to auto-approve.
What counts as an agent run?: One run = one agent doing one job end to end — a morning order sweep, one resolved ticket batch, one win-back draft. Plans include generous fair-use run allowances; if you ever approach them, we’ll talk before anything stops.
