What counts as a connected store?

One Shopify, WooCommerce or Shopware store connected to your account. That's the only thing plans meter. Everything attached to that store — its ad accounts, GA4, Search Console, Slack, Klaviyo, HubSpot — comes with it and isn't counted.

Are there any other limits?

Only fair-use guardrails so nobody can take the platform down: a cap on scheduled agents per store and on agent runs per day, set well above normal agency usage. If you ever get near one, we'll talk before anything stops. Policies with direct actions don't count toward anything.

How do I pay if I installed from the Shopify App Store?

Through Shopify. App Store installs are billed entirely via Shopify's own billing — you pick a plan on the Shopify-hosted plan page, the charge appears on your normal Shopify invoice, and upgrades, downgrades and cancellation are self-serve in your Shopify admin. Same plans, same prices, 14-day free trial included. Everyone else — WooCommerce, Shopware, or a direct signup here — subscribes by card through our checkout.

I run stores on Shopify and WooCommerce. One plan or two?

One. A plan covers every store you connect, whatever it runs on. If you installed via the Shopify App Store for one client, you can still connect the others' WooCommerce or Shopware stores to the same account.

What does “bring your own AI key” cost me?

You connect an Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini key and pay the provider directly — we never mark up or resell tokens, so the AI bill is always between you and them. How much depends on the models you pick and how much your agents run; provider prices change too often for us to quote a number. Three things keep it in check: policies that only run direct store actions use no model at all; we keep runs lean — tool results are capped and repeated lookups cached, so agents don't burn tokens on noise; and for the first month we recommend setting a spend limit in your provider's console and watching it — you'll have a real number for your stores within weeks, not an estimate. What happens when my trial ends?

The 14-day trial runs the full Business plan — no credit card required. When it ends, your account soft-lands on Free: your first store keeps running; the others, their policies and agents pause (nothing is deleted, the ledger stays) until you pick a plan.

Can an agent spend a client's money without me?

Only where you said so. Every agent step is either “ask me” — the action waits in the inbox with its reasoning and the exact request — or “autopilot”, which you enable per step, per store. Refunds, cancellations and budget changes default to ask. Either way the action lands in the ledger with who approved it.

Will these prices change?

Founding prices are locked forever for everyone who subscribes while they last. When list prices apply, existing customers keep what they signed up at.
